How is the carpet cleaning price calculated?
Pricing is based on the carpet’s area in square metres. The width and length are taken as full measurements; the minimum billed area is 1 square metre.
Do the prices include VAT?
The prices listed do not include VAT. The total including VAT is stated on delivery.
Is collection and delivery of the carpet charged?
No. Within our service areas on Istanbul’s Anatolian side we collect your carpets from your address for free and deliver them back to you free of charge after washing.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is made to the courier when your carpets are washed and delivered clean. No payment is taken in advance.
Which areas do the prices apply to?
Our prices apply to Ataşehir, Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Ümraniye, Maltepe, Kartal, Çekmeköy, Sancaktepe, Beykoz, Pendik/Kurtköy and Adalar.
