How do we wash your carpets?
Every order is logged; your carpets are processed without being mixed with other customers’ carpets.
Door-to-door collection
Your request is scheduled, your carpets are collected from your address and logged into our system.
Inspection & dusting
The carpet type and stains are inspected; dry dirt and dust are removed before washing.
One-by-one washing
Without any pool, each carpet’s front and back are washed separately with the appropriate programme.
Inspection & delivery
After drying and a final quality check, your carpets are packaged and delivered to your address.
The Evax washing standard
Looking clean isn’t enough; both sides of the carpet must truly be washed
Fewer visible stains don’t mean a carpet has been cleaned deep down. At Evax every carpet is processed separately; the back that touches the floor is washed just like the front, and no shared soaking pool is used.
Every carpet is washed one by one
We don’t wash different customers’ carpets stacked together or in bulk. Orders are logged and processed separately.
The back is washed separately too
Dust and fine dirt don’t only collect on the visible surface. The back that touches the floor is turned over and mechanically cleaned and rinsed.
No soaking in a shared pool
A pooling system means different carpets are pressed into the same water to soak. At Evax carpets are prepared separately, without waiting in shared dirty water.
Why does it matter? A carpet that looks bright or smells fresh hasn’t always been cleaned deeply. Proper washing shows in both sides being treated, adequate rinsing and carpets never being mixed together.
Controlled care for valuable carpets
Don’t hand over your valuable carpet on price alone
On hand-woven, wool, viscose and delicately textured carpets, the wrong product, temperature or mechanical process can cause permanent damage. That is why the carpet type must be assessed before washing.

No. We don’t use a pooling system; carpets are washed one by one per order, on both the front and back.
Is the back of the carpet washed too?
Yes. The carpet is turned over so the back that touches the floor is also mechanically washed and rinsed. We don’t settle for cleaning only the visible front.
What is pooling-system carpet washing?
A pooling system is where different carpets are pressed into the same water and soaked together before washing. At Evax no shared soaking pool is used.
How long does delivery take?
Under normal conditions our delivery time is 4–5 business days. High demand and any special treatment needs may affect the timing.
How can I track my order?
