Depending on the service, the following data may be processed:
- Identity and contact: name, surname, phone number
- Address details: district, neighbourhood, full address
- Request and order data: pickup/delivery requests, product and service records, notes
- Communication records: calls, WhatsApp and web form messages
- Technical and security data: IP address, device/session information, transaction logs
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes and on the legal bases set out in the KVKK:

4. Transfers
Your personal data may be processed, to the extent necessary to provide the service, within Evax operations, by technical infrastructure providers (hosting/servers) and under the WhatsApp Business API. Your data are not sold or rented to third parties for marketing. If a transfer abroad is required, measures consistent with KVKK Article 9 are applied.
5. Collection method
Data are collected electronically via website and campaign forms, phone/WhatsApp conversations, mobile app forms, the OTP verification process and factory information systems.
6. Retention period
Your personal data are retained for as long as required by the service relationship and within the retention periods set by applicable law.
When the processing purpose ceases or the legal retention period expires, data are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under the KVKK you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data are being processed
- Request information if they have been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom data are transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction if data are incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7
You may submit requests in writing to our factory address or via our phone / WhatsApp channels. Requests are answered within the legal time limits.
