Carpets are not washed in a shared pool; they come back to you. Phone or WhatsApp is enough. Ataşehir is a productive area: volumes can be high on the big sites, but finding the block still takes time. In the older neighbourhoods the issue is parking, not the tower.
West Ataşehir – Finance

Ferhatpaşa
The east of the district, neighbourhood character. Our facility is here; the Tuesday market and side-street parking are taken into account.
Barbaros is one of the best-known, busiest neighbourhoods, next to Atatürk, Küçükbakkalköy, İçerenköy, Yeni Sahra, Mustafa Kemal and the Financial Centre. Towers, offices, sites and newer blocks sit together; closer to Finance the buildings rise. Parking problems give way here to security, car-park gates and the right tower. Varyap Meridian, My Towerland, Uphill Court, KentPlus, Ataşehir Residence, the Palladium area… Municipal records even list Meridian as D1 block — which is why a site name alone may not be enough. A sentence such as “D block”, “T2 tower” or “car-park entrance” lets security send us the right way.
Atatürk, Yenişehir, Finance, Küçükbakkalköy
Atatürk around Ataşehir Boulevard is more ordered. Easier to approach than the old streets; inside a multi-block site the distance is still there. My World, KentPlus, Uphill… A façade on the boulevard looks simple; the residence door, car park and shop entrance can be different. If you say which, we do not wait at the wrong one.
Yenişehir is wide parcels and modern sites. My Prestige, Brandium, around Metropol İstanbul. Roads are regular; gates can sit off the main avenue. “I’ve arrived at the site” is not the end of the job. The Financial Centre is still changing in 2026. “Next to Finance” needs a tower name so office and residence are not mixed.
Küçükbakkalköy mixes new projects, old streets, offices and shops. Nidapark Ataşehir, Inlife, around Watergarden. “Küçükbakkalköy” on its own is not enough; whether it is a site or a walk-up, the name and the gate, please.
İçerenköy, Kayışdağı, Esatpaşa, Ferhatpaşa
İçerenköy is the largest and perhaps the most mixed: new residences, old blocks, hospital, wholesale market, car industry. Traffic and parking on Kayışdağı Road and the square. Tight streets in the old fabric, security and inner distance on new sites. Asking “site or apartment?” changes how we prepare.
İnönü sits between İçerenköy and Kayışdağı. There is a Monday market on Üniversite Yolu; that day the inner streets are harder. Kayışdağı is further northeast, hills and parking. Stopping on the main road may not be possible; the street and a place to wait help a great deal. Mevlana, Mimar Sinan and Yeni Çamlıca do not look like West Ataşehir: Yedpa, Dursunbey Street — street names help more than a site sign.
Esatpaşa, Örnek and Fetih came from Üsküdar. Not towers — walk-ups and tight streets. “Wait five minutes at the door” is not always possible. Esatpaşa has a Wednesday market around Yeni Çiğdem Street. Yeni Sahra is near the Kadıköy line; Kozyatağı traffic can matter. Mustafa Kemal and Âşık Veysel have 2026 plot-based renewal on the agenda; old addresses and new buildings can sit together, so a current pin is welcome. Ferhatpaşa is the east, neighbourhood character, a Tuesday market on 9th Street. Our facility is there too, so collection on that side can be a little more flexible. Street and number matter more than a big site name.
We take the address according to the neighbourhood
The district is productive; “I’m in Ataşehir” is still not enough. Block in the west, street in the older parts — we change the format on the call.
- On a site: neighbourhood, name, block or tower, gate, flat. At Varyap, My Towerland, Uphill, KentPlus, Nidapark, a note to security helps our driver a great deal. Pedestrian and vehicle gates can differ.
- In an older building: neighbourhood, street, number. Waiting at the door is not always possible; a place the van can stop is a real help.
- In a villa or a more open plot: neighbourhood, name, street, house number and a pin if you can.
- Around Finance, the tower name matters. The area is changing; “next to that landmark” is sometimes thin.
- Markets: Âşık Veysel Thursday, West Ataşehir at the weekend and Monday, Esatpaşa Wednesday, Ferhatpaşa Tuesday, İçerenköy Tuesday, İnönü Monday… If that clashes, we can talk through another hour or approach. Ataşehir Boulevard, Barbaros, İçerenköy and Finance have peak hours too — not a constant Bağdat jam, but we allow for them.
Sites we visit often
In the west the name may be famous; we still need the block and the gate. In Esatpaşa–Fetih, if there is no site sign, the street and number matter more.
Barbaros / Atatürk / West Ataşehir
- Varyap Meridian Many blocks, tall. Codes such as D1 appear; we kindly ask for the tower and which gate.
- Ağaoğlu My Towerland Large inside. Block or tower so security can send us the right way.
- Uphill Court A well-known West Ataşehir estate. Inner directions too, please.
- KentPlus Ataşehir A wide complex. The block is enough to keep us from looping.
- Ataşehir My World Boulevard axis. Residence, shop and car-park doors can be separate.
Küçükbakkalköy / İçerenköy
- Nidapark Ataşehir In Küçükbakkalköy. A new project; gate and block keep it apart from the old street.
- Inlife Modern housing in Küçükbakkalköy. The entrance, if you can share it, is welcome.
- Around Watergarden Retail and housing mixed. Please separate the residence door from the mall or plaza.
Yenişehir
- My Prestige Ataşehir Yenişehir. The residence gate can sit off the main road.
- Around Metropol İstanbul Tall mixed-use. Please keep tower and office/home doors distinct.
Kayışdağı / İçerenköy
- Marmara Evleri and nearby Site character on the Kayışdağı–İçerenköy belt. Neighbourhood and block still; “Kayışdağı” is wide.
Esatpaşa / Örnek / Fetih
- Walk-ups and smaller sites Few large residences. Street and number help more than a site name.
