How does Evax serve Sancaktepe?
Carpets are not washed in a shared pool; they come back to you. Phone or WhatsApp is enough. Sancaktepe is dense with sites and still developing. Volumes can be high around Aydos and the Veysel Karani–Abdurrahmangazi belt; in Sarıgazi the issue is parking and a place to stop.
Sarıgazi – Meclis – İnönü
Older centre, tight streets, parking. Neighbourhood, street and number. Being near the metro does not make the stop easier.
Veysel Karani / old Samandıra
Large sites, security, inner roads. “Samandıra” is a region name; the neighbourhood is Veysel Karani. Block, gate, a pin if you can.
Yenidoğan – Yunus Emre
Walk-ups and sites mixed. Parking on the street, block on a site. Metro work is ongoing; we do not plan as if it were open.
Abdurrahmangazi – Akpınar
Centre and south-east. New sites, station surroundings, the Sultanbeyli edge. Block and gate; number on an old street.
Safa – Merve – Mevlana
Mid-density, neighbourhood sites. Market day can change the street. If there is no site sign, street and number.
Eyüp Sultan – Fatih – Osmangazi
Southern and central axis, mass housing, dense population. Osmangazi is busy; grouping nearby jobs on one tour helps.
Paşaköy
Sparse, wide, not an inner-city walk-up. Without a pin and the last kilometre, the address may not be enough.
Sarıgazi is the older centre. Around İnönü, Meclis and Atatürk, walk-ups, smaller sites and shop streets sit together. New buildings are still being added; TOKİ handed over 173 social-housing units in Sarıgazi in 2026. Some streets are tight; parking is the usual problem. “I’m in Sarıgazi” is not enough; neighbourhood, street and number, please. The M5 stops at Meclis, Sarıgazi, Sancaktepe City Hospital and Sancaktepe. Transit is stronger; being near a metro does not mean the van can pull up at the door. Around stations, short stops need a second look because shops have thickened.
Meclis, Abdurrahmangazi, Veysel Karani
Meclis, İnönü and Emek are the dense urban fabric around Sarıgazi. Walk-ups and mid-size sites; building type can change on the same street. The issue is not a giant tower but kerbside parking. We do not assume we can stop at the door. A nearby place to wait is enough.
Abdurrahmangazi and the centre have grown fast. Sancaktepe station sits by Sevenler Street and Meydan Park. New projects often have gated entries and several blocks. Arriving at the site is not the end; A/B block or tower, and which gate, belong in the address.
Veysel Karani is one of the most important belts for carpet collection. Rings İstanbul, Rings mall, Bizimtepe Aydos, Sinpaş Aydos Country, Selçuklu Vadi… The sites are large and new; walking from the main gate to the flat can take time. Security gate, block and entrance up front keep us from looping. Aydos Country is listed as Veysel Karani Mahallesi, Gülhane Caddesi No:7; blocks are lettered. Zaloğlu Rüstem and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Caddesi are useful references. “Aydos Country” alone is thin. Rings is on the same approach, easy to recognise; inside, the block still matters. Closer to Aydos Forest it is quieter: villas and lower buildings as well.
Yenidoğan, Safa, Osmangazi, Paşaköy
Yenidoğan and Yunus Emre mix older walk-ups and sites. Kaçkar Koru Evleri, Kosif Kent 1, Yeşilkoru Evleri, Yenidoğan Konakları, Yıldız Konakları. Parking on old streets; block and gate on new sites. The first stage of the Yenidoğan–Emek metro is still under construction — we do not write it as open. When it is finished, links toward Ümraniye, Ataşehir and Kadıköy will strengthen, and housing may grow with it.
Safa and Merve are mid-density. Safa has Güzel Bahçe Konakları, Kosif Kent 2, Olive Garden, Safa Evleri, Sancak Konakları, İnci Park, Şelale Evleri. Merve is more local walk-ups and smaller sites. Street markets, especially in Sarıgazi and Yenidoğan, can close a street that is open on other days. If that clashes, we can talk through another hour or a place to wait.
Akpınar is the south-east, a passage between the old Samandıra character and Sultanbeyli. New building beside older fabric, and more open ground. Eyüp Sultan, Fatih and Osmangazi sit on the southern and central axes; mass housing and newer blocks. Osmangazi is among the most populated, over 40,000. Peak hours on the main roads matter; grouping nearby neighbourhoods on one tour saves time. In May 2026 the M5 Samandıra–Sultanbeyli section opened, so rail now runs beyond Samandıra. Metro still does not mean easy parking at the door.
Paşaköy is a different Sancaktepe. About 25.5 km², sparse. Not an inner-city walk-up job: distance, the last kilometre, a pin. “I’m in Paşaköy” is not enough. A location share, and a short description of the last stretch, especially for a villa or a detached house, helps a great deal.
We take the address according to the building type
District and site name are not enough. Block and gate on a large site, street and number in the older parts — we change the format on the call.
- Ideal: neighbourhood, site name, street, block, gate, flat. Whatever you have is enough; we are not asking you to memorise a form.
- At Rings İstanbul, Aydos Country, Bizimtepe Aydos, a note to security helps our driver a great deal. After the gate the block can still be far; a pin helps too.
- In Sarıgazi, Meclis and İnönü, stopping at the door is not always possible. A nearby place to wait is a real help.
- Being near the metro does not make pulling in easier. Shops around stations can make a short stop harder.
- On market days, especially in Sarıgazi and Yenidoğan, a street may close. If that clashes, we can talk through another hour or approach.
Sites we visit often
Toward Aydos the name may be famous; we still need the block and the gate. In Sarıgazi, if there is no site sign, the street and number matter more.
Veysel Karani / old Samandıra
- Sinpaş Aydos Country Veysel Karani, Gülhane Caddesi No:7. Blocks are lettered. Zaloğlu Rüstem and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Caddesi as references. The site name alone is thin; gate and a pin are welcome.
- Bizimtepe Aydos Kanuni Caddesi, Aydos belt. A large project; block and gate keep us from waiting at the main door.
- Rings İstanbul With Rings mall, the clearest landmark in the area. Easy to find; inside, block and which gate still matter.
- Selçuklu Vadi Aydos / Veysel Karani. The block is usually enough for the inner distance.
Yenidoğan
- Kaçkar Koru Evleri Yenidoğan site belt. Gate and block help more than the neighbourhood name alone.
- Kosif Kent 1 Yenidoğan. Kosif Kent 2 is in Safa; please keep the neighbourhood clear.
- Yeşilkoru Evleri Newer housing character. The gate helps.
- Yenidoğan Konakları A known site in the neighbourhood. Street or block still; “Konaklar” can mean more than one place.
- Yıldız Konakları Yenidoğan. If the site name is thin, street and number.
Sarıgazi
- Helenıum Life A newer site in Sarıgazi. The block keeps it apart from the old street, please.
- Ovalbahçe Sarıgazi. Gate and block are clearer than “a site in Sarıgazi”.
- Sancak Life Sarıgazi. Sancak Konakları in Safa is a different place; the neighbourhood separates them.
- Sarı Zeybek Konakları Sarıgazi. A small-to-mid site; street and block both help.
Safa
- Güzel Bahçe Konakları Safa. With the neighbourhood name it will not mix with Yenidoğan sites.
- Kosif Kent 2 Safa. Kosif Kent 1 is in Yenidoğan; number and neighbourhood, please.
- Olive Garden Safa. Block and gate.
- Sancak Konakları Safa. Sancak Life in Sarıgazi is separate.
- İnci Park Safa. Inner roads are short; a gate description still helps.
