How does Evax serve Çekmeköy?
Carpets are not dumped in a shared pool. Phone or WhatsApp is enough. The real work is the address: on a site, neighbourhood, name, street, block, gate; in a villa, the name, street, house number and a pin.
Centre
Old neighbourhood, tight streets, no parking. We cannot always reach the door; say where we can wait.
Taşdelen
Site after site. Easy from the outside, long once you are in. Without block and gate we loop.
Alemdağ – Nişantepe
The avenue ends, the inside starts. The navi can go quiet at the gate; send a pin.
Reşadiye – Ömerli
Villas, sparse, long distances. A name is not enough; house number and a pin.
Merkez, Cumhuriyet, Hamidiye, Mehmet Akif, Mimar Sinan, Kirazlıdere, Soğukpınar — old Çekmeköy. Shops on the avenue, buildings stacked on the side streets, roads too narrow. We cannot always pull up at the door. Building number, street, where the van can wait — those three save the driver.
Taşdelen, Mimar Sinan, the sites
Taşdelen means sites to us. Old fabric and new projects mixed. Atabey Street and the Şile Road links look easy from outside; once you are in, it stretches. Ağaoğlu Çekmeköy Park, Bolelli, Paradise City, Dumankaya… a site name alone and we take the wrong gate and loop. Write the block, the entrance, which security gate.
Mimar Sinan and Mehmet Akif are the built-up side. Old walk-ups next to new sites; Fiba Life on one corner, a tight street on the next. New sites have parking; the old streets barely let two cars pass. If the driver is getting out for the carpet, “come in the vehicle gate”, “wait at block A”, “stop by security” is the kind of sentence that helps. Tell security so we are not held at the barrier.
Alemdağ, Nişantepe, the villa side
Alemdağ is houses and woods-edge. Dreamlife, Greenland, Terrace Koru, Elysium Garden. The address often leaves the main road. In villas and big sites the navi may not reach the door. “I’m at the site, which gate?” happens a lot here — a pin matters more than in the centre.
Nişantepe has grown fast; Nef Çekmeköy stands out. Plots are wide; the last stretch from the main road can be long. Get a proper pin. Çatalmeşe has Casa Grande — finding the gate is easy, finding the right block inside is the job.
Reşadiye, once you leave the centre, turns into villas and sparse houses. Sultan Reşat Street: Reşadiye Villaları, Sultan Reşat Konakları, Çamlı Vadi. Distances inside are long; the house can sit well off the road. Do not hunt by name: street, house number, pin. Ömerli, Hüseyinli, Sırapınar, Koçullu are thinner still. In Ömerli the villa sits in the trees; if the customer does not talk us through the last bend, we are lost. When several jobs land on that side we try to put them on one tour.
What actually helps on pickup
Çekmeköy is fine to work. The district is huge; leaving with “Çekmeköy” is not enough. Time goes on a tight street, at the wrong site gate, on a villa road that disappears into the trees.
- On a site: neighbourhood, name, street, block, which gate.
- In a villa: neighbourhood, villa/site name, street, house number, pin. Do not hunt by name on a first visit.
- Tell security. On a big site they should not hold the van at the gate — they should send us to the right entrance.
- Şile Road stretches at rush hour. A street market can close an old neighbourhood; say if it is that day, and wait where the van can stop without blocking the entrance.
- On old streets “wait at the door” is not always possible. Point to a spot that does not block the vehicle gate.
Sites we go to a lot
Not a brochure. In Taşdelen we get lost inside, in Alemdağ we hunt the gate, in Reşadiye we cannot find the villa without a pin.
Taşdelen
- Ağaoğlu Çekmeköy Park Big. A site name is not enough; block and which gate.
- Taşdelen Bolelli Sitesi One of the familiar Taşdelen sites. Gate and block and we are done.
- Paradise City Çekmeköy Evleri Mehmet Akif, around Ulubatlı Hasan Street. Write the neighbourhood so it is not filed as Taşdelen.
- Dumankaya Çekmeköy Evleri Hamidiye, Barış Yolu Street. The street name helps.
Mimar Sinan / Mehmet Akif
- Fiba Life Sitesi Mimar Sinan side. A tight apartment street sits next to it; say if we collect from the site or the street.
- Çekmeköy Hilal Sitesi Mehmet Akif, around Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Street.
Alemdağ
- Dreamlife Konutları Around Elmalı Street. Once you leave the avenue it is all inside — send a pin.
- Greenland Sitesi Alemdağ site. Name the gate.
- Terrace Koru Wide, roads inside. Write the block.
- Elysium Garden Reşadiye Street side. Do not mix Alemdağ and Reşadiye; write the street.
Nişantepe
- Nef Çekmeköy New, wide plots. A long last stretch from the main road; without a pin we hunt the gate.
Reşadiye
- Reşadiye Villaları Villas. Do not hunt by name; street, house number, pin.
- Sultan Reşat Konakları Sultan Reşat Street. The street is on the map; without a house number we are lost inside.
- Reşadiye Çamlı Vadi Konakları Quiet, sparse. Without a pin we miss the last bend.
Çatalmeşe
- Casa Grande The gate is findable. The job is the right block once you are in.
