How does Evax serve Maltepe?

Above the E-5 and the hills
North of the highway the neighbourhoods climb. Fındıklı borders Ataşehir; Aydınevler has the barracks and campus; Zümrütevler is dense with gated complexes.
Aydınevler holds a large military barracks and the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan complex; entry and security rules there can affect pickup time. Above the E-5 sit Zümrütevler, Başıbüyük, Fındıklı, Aydınevler, Büyükbakkalköy, Gülsuyu, Esenkent and Gülensu. Zümrütevler: complexes, narrow streets, parking
Zümrütevler is one of Maltepe’s densest complex neighbourhoods. Nish Adalar, Kiptaş estates, Fuaye mall and residences, and Marmaroom are frequent stops on the lower slopes. In the older fabric, streets narrow and parking is hard.
The work itself is usually straightforward; it helps when customers already know the parking and gate limits. Having the carpet ready at the door or at an agreed spot with security keeps the stop short.
Practical notes that speed up pickup in Maltepe
Collection in Maltepe is usually smooth. Delays tend to come from vague addresses, complexes with several gates, market days, or parking pressure on Bağdat Street.

- Give a full address: neighbourhood, complex, block, gate and floor. At spread-out sites such as Nish Adalar, which gate to use matters.

- On weekly market days some streets close and pickup can slip. Mention it in your request or leave an alternative day.
- The Bağdat Street stretch through Maltepe is busy for both traffic and parking; a flexible time window helps there.

- Mesa Cadde Walking distance to the coast road. Allow for parking pressure on the Bağdat/shore line.

Zümrütevler
- Nish Adalar A spread-out landscaped complex near Süreyyapaşa forest. Always say which gate; send a pin if you can.
- Kiptaş Seyrantepe Tunnel-formwork buildings with moderate dues. Write the block number clearly.
- Nexonya Fergana Low-rise, horizontal layout. Streets are calm; block and gate still help.
- Yeşil Belde Sitesi Established family estate with green space. Security and block details shorten the visit.
- Marmaroom Residential blocks on the lower slopes of Zümrütevler. Parking nearby can be tight.
- Fuaye mall and residences Retail and housing share the plot. Distinguish the residence gate from the mall entrance.
Başıbüyük
